Request My Data

Exercise your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy laws. We respond to verified requests within 30 days at no charge.

Use the email we already have on file, if any.

Helps us apply the right legal framework (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

What happens next

  1. We confirm receipt by email within two business days.
  2. We verify your identity (we may ask for additional information matching what we already hold).
  3. We fulfill or formally respond to the request within 30 days, as required by GDPR Art. 12 and CCPA §1798.130. Complex requests may be extended by up to 60 additional days with written notice.
  4. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

If your data reached us through a platform

If you are an end user of a service that uses the Aletheia API, the platform is the controller of your data. Submit your request to them first; we will help them fulfill it as their processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
